The much-anticipated McDonald's commercial was a bit of a letdown. It doesn't come anywhere near the Larry Bird-Michael Jordan commercial. That was an all-time great. This one has a lot of flashy dunks and is good, but in my opinion, it just doesn't measure up to the old one.

Some people were also put off at the slight of Bird in this one. LeBron James and Dwight Howard wonder who Bird is at the end. It's all in jest, of course. They both know the "Hick from French Lick."

Since we're on the topic of commercials, word has it Zydrunas Ilgauskas is in LeBron's new puppet ad. It has not been released yet.
