Game 37: Cavs at Suns

PHOENIX SUNS (15-20) 108, CAVS (8-29) 100
at U.S. Airways Center
RADIO/TV: WTAM/Fox Sports Ohio

WHAT HAPPENED: Things can't get much worse for the Cavs.

Perhaps their best player, center Anderson Varejao, will be missed for the season with a torn tendon in his left foot.

Cavs coach Byron Scott finally inserted J.J. Hickson at center. What was he waiting on? He's their best option at center. He responded with 23 points and a season-high 17 rebounds.

The Cavs have hit Skid Row. They've lost 10 in a row, 20 of 21 overall, and 16 consecutive losses on the road. They are 0-2 on their current five-game West Coast trip.

They played a quite entertaining game on Sunday. They led much of the game before their execution fell apart in the late going.

Guard Manny Harris keeps getting better. He had a career-high 27 points and eight rebounds on Sunday.
