I just received the NBA's postseason awards ballots via e-mail from Mark Broussard, senior director of NBA basketball communications.

Here are the ballots I will vote on: All-NBA, Most Improved Player, Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year and Sixth Man of the Year.

According to the release, I must follow these guidelines:

* Each ballot must be filled out in its entirety;
* No votes may be split;
* Deadline for all votes to be received by the NBA is 3 p.m. ET Thursday, April 15.
